If you are using this for cheesecakes them I wouldn't since your crust will already have butter in it.

Q: I bought the ring mold creations about a year ago but have never used it because I need recipes! Where are the recipes?

Try going to Cooking.com and typing in the recipe for Big Blueberry Muffins. They use similar molds. From there you can expand your ideas and basically use any muffin or quick bread batter in these molds. They also come in handy for a layered cold chicken salad, jello salad or individual servings of some layered mousse desserts. A super runny batter would most likely not work with this mold, from the other comments of people who have ordered these molds. Hope this helps!
