The product is well made...keep in mind the accuracy of the device is 0.005 kg, which means the third decimal place will only show 0 or 5, so don't worry if the weighing scale oscillates between 0.000 and 0.005 after the device is tared.For this weighing scale, you should ignore the third decimal and measure only first 2 decimal places, which is more than sufficient for weighing the baby.Compared with kitchen scale, This Weighing scale is accurate to 2 decimal places.Overall, I liked the built quality of the product, backlight display, fast locking of the weight, and reasonable accuracy for the use case.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a nice weighing scale… very nice n good lookin scale… only issue is that if u keep it below fan , d scale doesn’t show 0 den, with d air flow of fan d monitor keeps on varying measurement, sometimes 0.05 or 0.010… other than dat it’s good… expensive but good buy

Reading wrong after 5 months
Product is showing wrong weight ....it worked right for only 5 months . Can someone tell me how to repair it ?

Didnt work. Had to return.
Customer care went silent when I reached out with error video. Amazon has it as a replacement product, I got refund only cause they didnt have another product.

Product sucks
The media could not be loaded. In Hospital baby weight was showing 2kg, in this machine it is showing as 1 kg. Such a bad product. Not getting an option to refund too
