UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME
Cart was delivered in an undamaged box at 1:05 pm and I was using it at 2pm. No damage to cart at all and it went together very quickly without any issues, instructions are very clear for those with common sense. First thing I did was start charging the batteries (it came with 2) and the first one was charged halfway through assembly and the other finished charging shortly after I finished assembly. Cart is well made where it counts, the frame, axle, motor etc are solidly built and I believe the axle is the same used in golf carts because it looks similar to the axle in mine.. Dual rear wheels was my reasoning behind purchasing this particular model and I’m glad I spent the extra money, after running the cart with a load all over my yard in tight spaces where I dreaded using a wheelbarrow, the cart turned and handled the slopes and terrain with stability and ease. This cart does not take off quickly (I like that) but picks up speed after 3 or 4 feet of acceleration, it moves slower with a load (expected) and is very easy to control with the thumb throttle which is variable speed. The cart utilizes the electric motor as a brake and stops as soon as I release the throttle, it did not roll down my slopes or anywhere it was stopped containing a load. As a handicapped person I absolutely love this cart on day one and hope it last with a little care, I had a extra lightweight grill cover that fit the cart so it should stay clean and dry if I leave it outdoors. After reading some negative reviews I can see where several people have assembled their carts incorrectly causing their problems, I honestly assembled two wrong nuts in the wrong locations and put the sides on incorrectly but figured that out quickly enough and fixed them within 5 minutes.ONLY ISSUE: 2 of the nylon nuts were missing the nylon inside of them, I had extra nylon nuts in my toolbox and took care of that. There is a clicking sound from the front when the cart is moving, that turned out to be the washers on the removable tilt bed pins that hold the flatbed on the frame. Not a manufacturer issue but I’m going to purchase a few rubber washers to put in between the washers so they don’t vibrate or rattle. I added extra zip ties to every cable to make sure I avoid snagging the control cables when using the cart, other than that the cart is a dream come true and I’m now looking forward to catching up on work around the house.

Glad I got it!
This is a must have for anyone looking to haul loads of wood, stone, or mulch, in and around tight spaces that a yard tractor would be too big.

Seems capable at first blush
I got this to help carry heavier items like block around and up and down a hill from my lower level to the drive level. The cart was well packed in the carton and went together with only one slight hitch. The two axle nuts were not in a bag as expected but in a rubber tube screwed to the axles. I had to cut them out, but from then on assembly was easy, even fun.The cart seems moderately heavy duty and should handle most of my needs. As some reviewers mentioned the deck grid is pretty lightweight. I would use plywood as a liner for rough heavy items like stone. The only issue in my application is that my slope is loose gravel and the wheels tend to spin going up so I have to horse it around to get it going. I am considering building a simple wood ramp with friction surface on the slope to help with this. The lack of a brake is not an issue on hills. I simply lower my speed and the motor seems to brake it. Or I flip to the reverse direction.I just assembled this yesterday and will post updates as I get to use this more in the future.

Misleading item description.
Had to return this one. After a full charge it would perhaps travel 50ft and then battery would show 1/2 charge. The cart would then stop with no load in the basket! Also the cart is powered by (4) sealed 12v lead-acid batteries, not the "lithium ion" battery in the description!

Happy customer!
I love this Cart. I love everything about this Cart! I have a three-quarter acre lot with a storage building at the bottom of a 10% grade in the far back corner. I can load up this Cart with card tables, firewood, tools, rocks, whatever and effortlessly drive it back-and-forth. It took about 15-20 minutes to put it together, and the instructions were written by someone who understands how to write instructions! It comes with two rechargeable batteries that are easy to load. The machine uses one battery at a time and then switches to the other when needed. It has forward and reverse and a great speed switch that moves the machine slowly at first and then slowly gains speed so you always feel like you’re in control. It doesn’t have brakes, but it stops immediately when you let off the switch. It has manual brakes on each back wheel that you can engage with your foot, but I have never found that necessary even on a hill. It is very rugged and should last forever!

I wish I had bought it sooner!
I love, love, love this wagon. It has really helped me to get more done around my property. My yard is hilly—so much so that I was concerned it would be a safety problem going down hill. This was not the case for me. There is enough tension on the larger wheels that it doesn't feel like it's going to get out of control. I would still exercise caution until you know your terrain, but there are manual foot breaks you can step on that work well. The batteries do get a little warm if you leave them on. I just turn them off when it's just sitting. They have been lasting me several hours while I putter around the yard doing little things. Battery life is good. I like that there are 2 batteries you can switch between. I loaded this up with 13 heavy landscaping stones and moved them around my yard with ease. I was also able to cart my tools and knee cushion, along with yard bags and a bucket. I put a small metal bicycle basket on the front to hold my gloves and smaller tools. I also added the water bottle holder (meant for a stroller). There was another reviewer that mentioned a small piece that slots into the large wheels when assembling. This was so helpful! It's the piece that gives the tension to the wheels from the motor. It was not obvious. Overall, it has been totally worth it for me. I have used almost every weekend. It carries heavy loads like a champ... UP HILL and down.
