I was very skeptical that this would be a useful product, but I have to admit that it’s happily surprised me. It’s been a lifesaver during Florida summer heat. After three months of use, I think it’s held up well and it really does get good airflow onto the back and seat - better, in fact, than factory ventilated seats I’ve had, and a lot less expensively. The one downside is if you’re any taller than about 5’11”, the cushion back is going to be too short and probably uncomfortably low on the shoulders. I personally find it comfortable enough, and certainly in the comfort balance I value not sitting in sweaty clothes more than perfect plushness.

i was skeptical as to how effective or how well it would hold up in Texas summer heat, but here we are at the tail end of August and it's still going. definitely helps cool and dry off a case of swamp-*ss, but with the fan on high and the air conditioning off my car set to <61F, the cooling and air flow tapers off right at the edge of the small of my back most of the time lately. definitely effective at less surface-of-the-sun locations, when it's in the 80s it's more noticeable on the back, but once you pass 90, it's mostly a butt/nether regions cooler. still a good value, still worth checking out for the price

Had a unit similar to this model kick the bucket recently and this unit was most similar to my old unit. There’s no thrills to this unit which is what i wanted (no timer, no massage, no heat just a rocker switch) so if you keep it on low or high it will turn back on the next time you switch your car on. It does create a tad bit of noise but not enough to be a dealbreaker. Not to be that person but it is a fan, i expect some noise. you’ll mainly feel air in the seat area and not the back which is fine. it’s very comfortable to sit on as well. i think the only gripe so far is the cord. Others have said it in reviews and they’re right. The cord is like 3 feet, i can make it work but i think at least 6 feet is what this unit needs. It works. Time will tell how long but if i can get at least 2 years out of it before looking into a new car i’m calling it a home run. Fix the short cord and it’s a perfect product all around.

It works OK, blows a little bit of air on your back and seat, enough to cool down in hot weather. However the seat is uncomfortable because it has a plastic hex pattern in it. I think it should be made more comfortable, or I'd like a version where only the back is included.

Works pretty good at cooling off your bottom but if you're a heavier person it doesn't blow up to your back very well. You may have to lean to the left or right a little bit to get it to blow onto your back. I like the two speed feature for high and low. It's a little noisy on the high speed. Seems to be built pretty good quality. The straps help to keep it in place. Overall pretty excellent seat cooler.

I sweat a lot, and I mean a lot. I sweat when it’s 70F or above. Even with the A.C. on in my car, my legs, seat, and back still sweat. With this new seat cover, I am a lot more comfortable. I don’t notice the seat cover being there while I drive. It was easy to install and is 85% secure. I am a heavier and taller person so when I scoot into my car, I move the seat cover about 1 inch which I can adjust after I sit down. It’s not the coldest feeling but it works real well and that is good enough for the price. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money and this worked out perfectly for me. This summer was much easier to deal with.

I love this! It allows for very easy circulation of air, completely eliminating back sweat from sitting. I highly recommend this product if you sweat from sitting in the car. My back sweats very much and even with the AC full-blast, my back still sweats a lot - just from being in full contact with the seat.This product is a like a little channel of air that flows between you and the seat. It allows for great air circulation where I need it most. I wear my nice work clothes in the car and no longer worry about sweat spots while driving.Some bad reviews mention that this does not create cold air, it simply has a fan. This is correct. If you have a functioning AC, this will not be a problem at all. Another complaint is its loud. It is not that loud; its also a fan, fans generate noise. Well, well worth it in my opinion!

I had one of these in a different brand a few years ago, but a friend broke it. This one vibrated a tiny bit but did not blow air. I wondered if I did something wrong with the set-up, and never figured out what was wrong with it.I highly recommend skipping this one and going with a different product.
