Smell is nice & little goes a long way! Yes, it’s hot!! It calms down in about 30 minutes. Seems to be helping with my workouts. Too soon to tell if it works but I think it will.

On top of the poor customer service. (No one ever got back to me about the condition the product arrived in.) This product does not activate the right type of heat for sweating. It feels as if you've set a heating pad to the highest setting and placed it directly on your skin without the protective covering. I have a very high pain tolerance and an unnatural love of heat. But the sensation was so brutal that I could not continue my workout. I do not recommend!

I don't have a ton of cellulite but this product reduces what I have instantly to almost no cellulite. I just finished my last jar and came to write a review while I put another one in my cart.
