These are great portion control containers for anyone who wants to do meal prep. As a person living alone, food waste is a concern and food spoils quickly. With these I can cook several chicken breasts at a time and divide them with broccoli and cauliflower for several dinners whether in the fridge or freezer. The sections are deep and hold a good quantity. I weigh and measure everything out once and just have to grab and reheat when ready. I like that the lid snaps in place solidly and they can be put in the dishwasher. A great value!

Work great. I was trying to find the largest size of these that I could. Partner works over nights and takes dinner as lunch, some times it's hard to fit dinner foods in these types of containers. These ones were a good size and I've reused them way more than other ones I've had in the past.
