Good flaxseed. I have been using this in place of eggs.It worked really well in my Belgian waffle recipe.

I like the finer texture and more neutral taste than other ground flax seeds I've tried. Good with morning cereal and fruit.

I like that this brand actually has a fine ground flaxseed. I have bought other ground flaxseed brands but this one is by far the finest ground I have come across. I like it because I use it in my shakes, smoothies, and baking so it doesn't change the textures at all. It is basically tasteless but it does what flaxseed supposed to do.

Definitely a good source of Omega 3 and Fiber. I add it to my Oatmeal and protein shakes
