Great gluten-free pasta
Gluten-free pasta that does not break apart as easily as other gf pastas. Also like to boil several minutes and let sit covered off stove for 20 minutes or until desired doneness.

Always tasty, never mushy
Have used Tinkyada for years and never disappoints. The preferred GF pasta in our home of Celiacs, it's pretty forgiving if we mistakenly 'overcook' it. Doesn't get mushy and comes back to life without becoming crumbly upon reheating. If you're Celiac or just prefer a Gluten Free diet, give it a go!

Best non-wheat pasta around
I am gluten free and have tried all kinds of alternate pastas. This is the best, hand down. It has a great texture and flavor. Guests often comment that it is as good as wheat pasta. The price is right too compared to other non-wheat pastas.
