Xiao Yao Wan, 200 ct, Min Shan by Min Shan

I have been taking this along with Kai Yueng Pill on and off for about 15 yrs for my skin. These two products combined are the only thing that has helped me. I was diagnosed with atopic dermatitis and the dermatologist were never successful in helping me. A friend told me about this combo and in 2 weeks my skin was clear and itch free. I am happy to see this product sold on amazon.

I purchased this product after seeing recommendation on Dr Oz show for symptoms of anxiety. My anxiety/moodiness has increased with menopause so I thought I'd give it a try. Took 8 first day as recommended but it made me too sleepy so I decreased amount. A couple of days later, I have begun menstruating heavily. Since I'm going through menopause, my periods have decreased to some spotting occasionally. Now I have to go to store to buy maxi pads. Ugh! I'm tossing the rest of the pills and asking for refund if possible. Incidentally, I did not experience any relief from anxiety over short time I took these pills.

This was recommended as a general liver support for dogs in a book called Five Paws Four Directions by Cheryl Schwartz, DVM. I've used it for two different dogs with elevated liver enzymes, in combination with other liver support supplements (Ursodiol and Denamarin), and successfully brought their liver enzymes way down. Hard to know which supplement helped the most ... or whether it was the synergistic interaction of all of them together.
