Q: Are these for a meal thru out the day or for one meal at a time?

Basically for one meal at a time, or portioning out while meal prepping. For the plan that I follow I am supposed to have 5 green servings a day, so I have to reuse them. I do find them very helpful when it comes to portion control.

It's shows it is 3/4 of a cup and it shows it is 7.10 ounces.

You probably wouldn't use all of them at one meal, it helps learn portion sizes. For example a person may use throughout one entire day 5 green, 3 purple, 4 yellow, 2 yellow, 1 blue, 2 orange (the plans vary), and you can use them however works for you throughout the day.
