Yep, definitely works. I took half of a cap full before bed and nothing happened, so I did two teaspoons in the morning and It defo works!

Go careful
Go careful with this one!I took the one teaspoon before bed and although something happened the next day, it wasn’t what was needed. Took 2 the next evening and very nearly got caught the next day. So be careful. This does absolutely work, but make sure you’re near a toilet or just stay home

Be careful. Super strong & leaves you feeling terrible.
Be warned. Be very very careful with this.I took less than a teaspoon of this at 10pm one evening and from 6am for several hours, I was actually really ill the next day. It does work but I had terrible cramps, leading to diarrhea and had to take the next day off work and electrolytes. I had a temperature and was quite ill.I wouldn’t recommend this unless you want literally empty your colon.

For short term use
Laxatives come in so many shapes and forms that it’s difficult to work out what best to use. If you haven’t used any before, I would recommend that you take advice from a Pharmacist or Doctor before hand, if possible. You could also search the web for info.This is a fairly strong laxative that helps the muscles in the bowel to work more strongly. It’s not a good idea to use it regularly without your doctor’s advice.It is however, an exceptionally good laxative. It’s especially good for those who have had no luck with bulking or fibre enhancing laxatives and those taking medications that have a side effect of constipation.It works well within 12-24 hours. The liquid form has the added bonus of allowing the dose to be made smaller quite easily; which is especially helpful when trying it for the first time.I would definitely buy it again.
