Amazon has the product at a similar price point as other supplements containing fewer ingredients, The bottle can be purchased with 60, 70, 90, 120, and 180 capsules that are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. The larger the quantity the greater the savings. However, Amazon offers a subscription service with approximately a $3.00 discount. I did not accept the subscription offer because I wanted to make sure that the product was effective.After taking the Liver Cleanse Detox and Repair capsules for 30 days. I did not changed my life style and after 30 days I had my lab work redrawn and they were within a normal range. I know this is only a subjective review, but I maintained my lifestyle and food intake and the labs improved. So for me this is an effective product.Considering the effectiveness of Liver Cleanse Detox and Repair, coupled with the cost effective subscription service and quality, I have reordered the product and I am giving Liver Cleanse Detox and Repair I am giving this a 5 star review.

Nov 2024 my enzymes were high enough my doctor wanted me to get a scan. That's the 2nd to last yellow dot on the chart. Ultrasound confirmed fatty liver was present. The doctor told me to adopt a Mediterranean diet, lose weight and avoid alcohol. All I did was cut down carbs for the most part, kept protein intake high and started working out much harder, bought these pills and stopped drinking on weekdays. So not exactly as strict as prescribed. Happy to say in June 2025 my enzymes are back to normal now. Went from 285lbs in Nov to 265lbs in June. I highly recommend these pills but I'd also suggest adding weight lifting to your routine, not just cardio. Build muscle, no fast food, only drink on weekends (I did go 30 days without drinking in January). I'm not a doctor.

On my second bottle of Liver Support. I have had good results with my ultrasound. I highly recommend this product. It is never to late to take advantage of a great product to help your liver to survive!

I’ve taken this product off and on for years. I was diagnosed with fatty liver and did some research and read reviews and thought I would give this a try. I do notice my bloating goes away, more energy and a sense of well being. Drink plenty of water on this for sure and stay away from fast food ect.

I bought this supplement to support my liver health and detoxification, but after taking it for a while, I started experiencing severe back pain in different areas, with discomfort that moved from one side to another. After researching the ingredients, I found that several of them (Chanca Piedra, Milk Thistle, Dandelion Root, and Berberine) can affect liver and kidney function, which might be causing these symptoms.To test whether the supplement was the cause, I stopped taking it for a few days, and the pain disappeared. This makes me believe that the ingredients were putting too much strain on my liver or kidneys, leading to these unpleasant side effects.While the product seems to have good-quality ingredients and may work for some people, I want to warn that it can cause side effects such as muscle pain, cramps, or back discomfort. These symptoms could be related to the detox process or excessive stress on the body’s filtration organs.📌 Tips if you decide to try it:✔️ Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins.✔️ Start with a lower dose and monitor your body’s reaction.✔️ If you feel pain, stop taking it and consult a doctor.I’m not saying the product is bad, but in my case, the side effects were too uncomfortable, so I decided to stop taking it. Only used 2 and worked great the next morning and did not give me any bloating or stomach pains as I have experienced in other products
