Best WiFi recessed lights you can buy
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been adding these to my house for a year and now have all lights installed now, 18 total. They are perfect and I’ve never had connection issues even when the power goes out, lights connect right away when power is restored. I used google for years and switched to Alexa. Google is much much better for voice control. Google recognizes a lot more commands and lighting features/custom color settings, Alexa does the basics but still works.

Let there be light!
Loved EVERTHING about these lights. Would definitely recommend for convenience, efficiency, and satisfaction.Easy to install, cheaper electrically to use, and easy to remotely control ( with the WIZ app on phone).

Lighs are great, the app is terrible.
I really like the can led lights, They're easy to swap out. However, you cant use the normal Phillips app if they're cans. You have to use a different app, and it's not user friendly at all.

Not compatible with hue app :(
Nice lights work ok, just not compatible with hue app…but they can be controlled with WIZ app…I just thought they would work with my Hue setup…

Valuable in a smart home setup. No Hue but no problem
It's always interesting to read a review where the product is slammed for not doing the thing that it never claimed to do. Imagine if you bought a shovel and were disappointed that it couldn't hammer nails and then wrote a review about it.We decorate the inside and outside of our homes, and lighting plays a big part. We invested in the Hue ecosystem, and I will assume that most of you are too. You should also have routines configured on an intelligent system (google or amazon) with the addition of voice controls for most of your lights. I will also assume you have other devices that you control that are not Hue, such as a doorbell, cameras, smart plugs, etc. If this is you, keep reading. These lights are an excellent replacement for the can drop-in lights, and they individually connect to your wifi, so there's no hub required. That's a plus in my book since we have a mesh network. The app is meh, but I never planned to use it much past the initial setup, so after connecting them with Alexa, I was pretty much done. I created a schedule that sets them all to nightlight at sundown and turns them off at midnight. I love the muted light, and if Roxanne by The Police comes on, I can change them to red for the chorus. If the Hue app is the center of your smart home experience, spend $300 more and buy the Hue lights that do the same thing. If you want smart lights that integrate with a centralized (Alexa, Google Home) system, buy these, save yourself a grip of cash, and enjoy!

Not Phillips Hue Lights
I was trying to figure out why they would be compatible with another companies app to control them and then I realized these are not Philips hue lightbulbs. These are Phillips lightbulbs and they don’t have an app.
