The rucksack seems very sturdy, all zips are heavy duty and work well. I wont be using it for a few weeks yet, but there seems plenty of room considering it is a small under seat bag, and there are certainly enough pockets to accommodate laptops, tablets, phones, kindles and pen. Plus a small amount of week-end clothing etc. Not to mention the usual flying documentation. The shoulder straps and back padding seems comfortable. The front strap to stop the shoulder straps slipping could be a little lower, I feel it is too near the neck for comfort and I am short, a taller person my find it uncomfortable, but we will see. I bought two one for me and one for my husband. one in grey and one is sage green, both nice colours.

Bought this bag specifically for a Ryanair flight. Mild panic ensued when one of it's measurements turned out to be 5 cm more than stated ie the 25cm is actually 30cm.We didn't pack it to bulging and tried it in the Ryanair baggage measurer prior to boarding and it fitted fine.That said, it's a great little bag. Sturdy with lots of zippered pockets. Nice broad straps so very comfortable to wear. Lots of colour choices. I had enough room for all my stuff for a 5 night stay in Portugal. I dropped one star because one of the measurements stated is 5 cm out.

Good capacity , lightweight , zips are perfect , fits exactly what Ryan air cabin sizes are , good value and good versatility

I bought this backpack back in January and have used it almost daily since, not only for generally carrying my bits and pieces* but also as a carry on / weekend bag.*(By bits and pieces I mean hat, gloves, umbrella. Keys, battery pack etc. Maybe a cold drink. Stuff when I'm out for an afternoon walking about)Initially I was very impressed with it. It appeared to be good quality, had lots of useful pockets and sections. It has plenty of space for a weekends worth of clothes ... even longer if you're prepared to put your gear in a vacuum bag before you pack. So, first impressions, all positive.Unfortunately, over a period of time, but beginning quite quickly, the lack of quality with regard to construction started to appear, in particular, the lining.To cut a long story short, it's not up to the job. In my case, virtually all of the lining in the main pockets has come away at the seams. While the bag is still useable, albeit with running repairs, it's very annoying to deal with as it starts to deteriorate into threads and gets caught up in the zipper, wrapped around your hands, exposes the internal padding, things falling into the space between bag outer and lining. Just things that you don't want/need to deal with.So in summary, an excellent idea for a carry on backpack, poorly executed.I'm not disgusted by it ... Just very disappointed.If your looking for a useful bag that you don't have to 'deal with', this isn't it. It should be, but it isn't.As the heading says .. Almost Great.*Update - Customer Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The seller contacted me at beginning of the year and offered to replace my backpack. To be honest I was stunned! Today the replacement arrived .... (even more stunned) , Thank you Lucky Stonely! ... and on first inspection it appears that they have changed the lining material for something a little more robust. I have no idea if it will be any better. I hope it is because I still like the layout of the backpack. I will likely update this review again after a reasonable time using it.So, still only 2 stars for the product so far but 5 star customer service.Well done and Thanks again!Update July 2024After several months of use I can confirm that the new bag lining has held up to, pretty much, daily use.I am happy to recommend this item now.
