Perfect Mat for Every Workout!
I absolutely love the KEPLIN Yoga & Exercise Mat! It’s thick enough to provide great cushioning for my knees during yoga and Pilates, and the non-slip surface keeps me stable during every move. Whether I'm indoors or taking it outside, it stays in place and feels comfortable. The carry strap is a nice bonus for easy portability. This mat is perfect for all my training needs—highly recommend!

Stays still no matter what you do on it
It stays still much more than a previous mat I owned. It is thinner but not too thin that my bony bum gets sore! Very good value.

Slippy on top
Generally it's a good mat that's comfortable to kneel on and doesn't slip on my wooden floor, however the top side is a bit slippery making downward facing dog difficult to maintain. The colour is nice and the carry strap is fine. Just large enough for me at 5ft 9. As a beginner it's fine, but I'll be looking to invest in a less slippery one for the future.

Really god yoga/excersise mat
The mat itself is really good and functional, perfect thickness, comfortable, providing good grip to the floor and to the body when doing exercises.The only con of this product is the strap that comes with it to carry it around: as the two rings that hold the mat and the strap itself is elastic, when walking with it, the two bands holding the mat extend, and sometimes the mat falls from them, making it not so easy to transport. But apart from this is an excellent mat!
