As a person with POTS these have been a game changer. When my symptoms act up I am able to take 1 or 2 and I feel better within 30 or so minutes and am able to continue my day. Works great and works quickly definitely a new staple of my POTS to go bag and I always carry a few when I go and do anything outside of the house. A total life saver!

This is the best way to stay hydrated when battling POTS!! No sick stomach, no side effects, and all the electrolytes I need to keep chugging water all day. These are great for athletes in heat and working out for competitive sports. Just one and stay hydrated with water or non sugary sports drink.

My son was diagnosed with a condition called POTS syndrome and requires a good amount of salt each day. We try to get it through foods, but it can be a challenge. These make it easy to get just the right amount, and they are easy to take wherever we go. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because every now and then, they have a tendency to hurt his stomach.

These help my daughter maximize her salt intake for POTS. Beware taking on an empty stomach sometimes causes her nausea or vomiting, so now she takes with food. Been on these for a year.

They have been a game changer for me. They were recommended to me by my cardiologist for my dysautonomia. I was using the chewables as needed and it just wasn't working for me. I don't like the electrolyte drinks, most are filled with too much sugar and ingredients that are not "clean". And they upset my stomach. These work so much better than the chewables and the drinks. I now take them three times a day as prescribed by my cardiologist and they have made a tremendous difference in how I feel. I'm ordering more.
