I used this for my vivarium and it works great. It was very easy to use and setup.

Thought I’d give this a try and what a great bit of kit got my heat lamp and my main light plugged into it both work on the built in timer, definitely recommend

I use this for my beardie to maintain day and night temperature and to turn the lights off. Once I've worked out the settings, this works very well (do turn the temp alarm off). I like that the lamp turns off gracefully when night time starts to simulate a natural light. In the night the lamp comes on dimmed too to not wake my beardie up. So far very pleased with this and hope it continues to work well.

I came across this product at random and thought I'd give it a go because of the price, most thermostats in this region are around £70-£90 so thought for £42 I'll try it. Unfortunately the product arrived on the 5th March, as of writing this review it's now the 15th April and the product has stopped working already. As someone who's been in the reptile hobby for 20 years I was sceptical at best but thought why not. Honestly not worth wasting your money on it and try the Habistat ones from your local reptile retailers, much more reliable.

Amazing product, does a great job

As with other reviewers this does everything that the more expensive (twice the price when on offer) Habistat. However, it is a such a good copy that I found a solution to the annoyance of the alarm going off every time the thermostat switched to night temperature from the Habistat manual: press and hold the up and down buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds - then turn the alarm off.Thermostat plug is used to regulate a ceramic bulb, timer for the UVB. Seems pretty accurate against another digital thermometer.

Worked great for a couple of months until it heated insulated vivarium to over 65 degree Celsius. Unfortunately only found out when I got back after a couple of days working away, luckily I built a little cool hiding area a couple of inches below insulated level of vivarium tiled floor for dragon to hide in. Unit temperature reading displayed 25 degrees Celsius, my other 3 digital temperature displays reported 67 deg below heat lamp, tiled floor hot to touch. opposite side of vivarium 65 deg at mid height of vivarium, cool hiding area 47 deg, glass doors hot to touch. This had to happen when I was working away, my poor bearded dragon was very warm to touch and ran across the floor quicker than Usain Bolt because she was that warmed up.

If anything these are the exact same as many of the "well known" brands if not better, they do everything I need, controlling my lights and temps perfectly! I have double checked with an IR gun and the temps are looking accurate!
