Potential Software Glitches
So far I've had this a month and it's definitely a worthy competitor to GoXLR. However, the sampler on it only functions when i have it connected to a mac or pc. When I unplug it from a computer, so i can use it to stream to my phone for example, the sampler functions cease working. This is a major flaw for me as I bought this specifically to live stream my Shure XLR mic through to my phone for Tik Tok. Please can someone advise how to fix this issue?

dont buy! it doesnt work
I got this today. and it just doesnt work. the effects can only sometimes be heard. any adjustments sounds exactly the same. I found I had to toggle on and off a lot of unrelated options for it to then sometimes apply the effect, but as soon as I adjust any effect the same thing happens.currently im unable to hear any effects. this thing has been a huge waste of time and money. im waiting to hear back from M-game support. however I contacted them before buying this to confirm it had a particular effect, they said it did. and guess what? it doesnt.so even if theycan get this sorted. without the effect I was specifically looking for i'll definitely be getting my money back for this. such a dissapointment.

Underrated mixer
So, to start with there wasn’t many if any reviews of this product anywhere. I was skeptical at first but took the plunge and tested out the rgb dual. I created a video review, for the price it was hard to beat and overall the mixer works great, easy to set up. One downside to it I wish they mentioned did not work with usb headsets because I spend 2 hours trying to get my wireless headset to connect. I paired this with the elgato dx. I would recommend this product to someone who has been wanting to dive into the xlr mic scene at a fraction of the cost. If interested in review, just YouTube m-game audio it’s 1 of 3 reviews now.

Low quality, very bad support, incompatible with MacOS
First off, the audio quality of this mixer is very poor. It is comparable to a ~$10 XLR interface, so in that regard you are immediately better off buying two of those with a $10 stereo mixer.Secondly, the software that comes with this mixer to control it is terrible. It is incredibly confusing, poorly machine translated, lacks instructions, and simply does not work. It makes the distinction between 'game PC' and 'stream PC', where only the stream PC can control the mixer from software, and only one source for either can be picked. This then also affects audio routing, but the audio channels do not match the audio devices that show up at all, and a lot of combinations that would be very useful are simply not possible due to those two channels being hard routed to their respective devices. There is also a massive difference between the way the devices show up on MacOS and on Windows, and routing audio on MacOS simply makes the entire utility crash most of the time.On top of that, this mixer simply does not work with any recent version of MacOS, and according to the seller will not work with a recent version of MacOS anytime soon, even though the product page and the seller's website say it should. Only after submitting a support ticket on the seller's website does it show you a link to a page that states this incompatibility, and neither support through their ticketing system nor through Amazon had any solution or expectation of a solution anytime soon for this. All in all, this device is worth about 30 bucks in utility, but the issues that go with it make it worthless. It absolutely is not worth 120 bucks.
