I have just started to take these , the powdery tablet is a bit dry to chew , but seem OK so far .

Common sense needs to be used!!
As an older person,I am concerned with my bone health,,I kickbox and dance everyday,and my bone health contributes to doing these things,lots of people have complained because the tablets are to big to swallow,ifyou break them in half or put between 2 spoons to make into powder,then put into milk,that solves the problem,its not rocket science!!

Good value for money
I brought these as I normally take vitamin DAnd I thought these would be better for me.I have been taking them for about a month now and I have to say I am feeling much better and I have just spring cleaned my house and i didn’t ache so much and I had recovered by the next day. They are big but I don’t have any problem taking them. Will definitely buy again.

Impossible to swallow
These tablets are absolutely massive. Even broken in half they still get stuck which is really scary and left me with a really sore throat. Can't finish the bag.
