Q: How much ground will this cover ?

Official Westland Garden Health website says one 100L bag covers: 4.5sqm at 2.5cm deep (which is basically one layer) or 2.5sqm at 5cm deep

Hi, This bark is 100% Sitka Spruce and has a natural woody colour in shades of brown, the decorative wood chip product which was terracotta stained is no longer produced by us. We hope this helps, Kind regards, The Westland Team.

Q: Would this attract cats like large litter tray

Putting down bark chips makes no difference. If the local cats have no litter trays, they will look for somewhere secluded and soft on their buns to do poos, just like humans. Bark chip when fresh has a strong scent, so it masks the smell of faeces but that's all.
