HAIR GROWTH and GREAT SKIN and ENERGY
Forget about pills, I have read and was told by a couple natural paths, that only 10% of pills are absorbed by the body. Liquids are so much more effective!I have noticed after 3 months worth...3 bottles of this... faster hair growth, more hair, beautiful clear skin, and lots of energy!I take this one in the mornings, and I take the same brand but the Magnesium/Calcium blend and sleep like a baby. Quality Supplement
The taste is tolerable and easy to swallow. It is a good quality. Had to switch to majority liquid supplements bc of intense need for high absorption. This brand was recommended by an influencer on YouTube I follow. I was not disappointed.

The best Vitamin brand ever! Expensive But good/worth it
I trust this brand and I like the flavors of the products they have. This one tastes a little bit acidic/sour but it's good, and either way, I don't mind the flavor because it is not bad and the vitamins are the ones that count.
