Haven’t used it yet but it’s much smaller than the regular ones that I buy which is fine for where I’m placing it but I was still a bit surprised. Now I’m nervous about all of the negative reviews that I somehow missed. We’ll see how it goes and if my review changes.So now that I’ve used it the only issue I have is that it doesn’t have the line on the inside telling you where not to overfill with water. So here’s some tips:**DO NOT fill this all the way up over the little hump that is on the inside or it won’t work!** If you are using a 4 FLoz dropper (for instance) you only need 2 1/2 drops or you’ll cause it to malfunction faster biz of how much more cleaning it will need from the oils clogging it up.** If it runs out faster than you like (because it’s on the smaller side) use “Intermittent” on the remote! It will last longer & I LOVE this feature none of my other diffusers has this option.I love this little guy it works great!

This product is good. This is my second order so I could also have one in the bedroom. It is very quiet and has options on the lights, duration and strength. I highly recommend this one!

First of all, the top that's supposed to close the diffuser before you turn it on didn't even shut or "click" when trying to close it. I wasn't sure if it would even work correctly with the top not coming all the way down, but I figured I would try it. When I was moving it very carefully to a different place in my room, water was spilling everywhere ! Needless to say, I wasn't very happy, but I still wanted to see if it would work after cleaning up the the water, so I went ahead & plugged it in (I forgot to mention that I had bought lavender essential oil, which smelled nice from the bottle, so before trying to put the lid on the diffuser, I had added 4 or 5 drops, like it instructed me to do) & after I plugged it in, it started up by the lights working correctly & steam started coming out of the open area, so I thought that everything was going to be okay, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The steam may have been coming out, but the entire time it was on, I couldn't smell any lavender oil that I added, & I had even added an extra drop than what I was supposed to do, because I definitely wanted to be able to get the full effects of the aromatherapy, so needless to say, I was very unhappy. Not only did I waste my money on the diffuser, but also the lavender oil that I bought. I'm going to call customer service, but I'm sure they're going to tell me that I have to return it to get a refund (they had a different return/refund policy before, where if the item was defective, you didn't have to return it, but instead they had it worked out with the merchants that if their item was defective, they would reimburse Amazon, who they then would reimburse the customer, but that's changed & now you have to return an item, even if it's clearly defective, before they'll give you back a refund. Problem with that is the customer has to pay to return the item, and Amazon doesn't reimburse you for that, so let's say the defective item cost you $9.99, but it costs you $7.99 to return it, which I think is the going rate for shipping, the most you'll actually get back is $1.98, so it costs you more to return it & so you might as well just throw it away), so that is why I have put off calling customer service. The other problem with them telling me I have to return an item, is that I'm disabled & do not drive anymore. It is not convenient for me to arrange transportation, where I have to pay $7 & waiting to go to & from the post office is a lot for me to have to go through just to return an item. I will return to this review after speaking with customer service to possibly change my rating.

I have three of the ASAKUKI 500 ml diffuser, which sells for $21-22. This one says it is also 500 ml, which I don’t entirely believe bc it is significantly smaller. Nevertheless, the output on this little diffuser is quite good, better than the ASAKUKI brand I would say. It does make a gurgling sound; the ASAKUKI brand is silent unless the water level gets nearly depleted. I guess it’s a trade off. I think this one is a good deal if you don’t mind the noise. I live in an urban area with traffic noise, sirens, etc., so its gurgling doesn’t bother me. In fact, I would consider it “white noise” for sleepers that need it. If you’re a sleeper that needs silence, this one might bother you. I think it’s a good bargain, tho, considering its output. On high, the water level lasts all night and only needs to be topped off in the am. I hope it lasts - I’ve only had it a couple days….

This tiny little thing!! lol. Little but it works perfectly.. my greatest Takeaway is that I’ve had water in it for like three weeks, without refill works like a charm.

Purchased 2 and they both just stopped working almost exactly 1yr later (give or take a day +1/-1) They worked great. So depends if you're expecting a longer life out of the diffuser.

The media could not be loaded. This has been one of my absolute favorite purchases! I got one for my bed room and living room. I get the essential oils to go in it and it makes my house smell so good and puts a little moisture back in the air. This has been such a great alternative to wax melts no scrapping wax not burning your fingers trying to change it. It has 4 setting 60 120 180 minutes or you can run it constantly. The light setting you can pick a color and just have it on that or they will alternate also if you want to sleep with it on you have the option to turn the light off all together. It comes with a remote that’s convenient you don’t have to get up if you want the light off or if you want to set the timer the remote works it all. I hope you all find this helpful I was going to spend a lot more for a bigger one but I’m so glad I just got these works just as great for less.
