Finally! I've finally found what I've been looking for. This is the best tasting easily mixing powder ever. 12oz skim milk and 2 scoops mixes perfectly in shaker bottle. First time buying this product. I'm 50 plus, looking to hold onto the mass I have. Great price. I don't eat sweets often, so drinking this was almost too sweet. I know people like sweet powder drinks. It was just a bit much for me. And this might just be my body, but this drink always gives me gas. I'll have to see if my body adjusts as I continue to use it.

Serious mass gainer if you really looking for really body mass this is the product you need

I hate to down vote anything Ronnie made. And I'm not sure where these reviews about cookies and cream being good are coming from. It almost burns, there's a chemical sting that comes with the artificial sweet. I've used milk, I've used water. I'm deciding what to put in it to finish my 72 serving bag 😭 I hear CT telling me to shut up and eat it, but it's not like that. It's more of a "hold my breath and don't breathe after either" but the "sweetener" stings your throat. I wanted to put weight on faster, but suffering these... and I've been drinking all types of protein powders from gainers to meal replacements etc. I've worked at a few supplements shops. This is another level. What's worse, I actually meant to buy the chocolate one. 🤦🏻‍♂️Pretty sure I can't return this, plus, the thing weighs 20 pounds. I live in Hawaii where returns aren't simple. I really wish I had got the chocolate...Any suggestions? (Like you can reply)I'm so sorry Ronnie. I'm not acclimated to that degree of pow! Just a warning! 🥴

I bought this for my son and he really likes it. It was a great value too. Be warned it comes in an extremely large bag. It almost looked like I had bought him a bag of dog food. Lol

Used for protein shakes - cookies and cream is a good flavor to use with milk and it combines well in a shaker cup - perfect for getting lots of protein in and tastes good
