This watch is awesome. Great style. Comes with two watch bands a metal link band and a soft rubber band. I opted to put the metal band on as my previous watch which only came with a soft rubber band broke although it would be an easy fix with a new pin I dont think it was counting my steps. This one seems to show that I've walked more than I believe I have. The features are awesome and you can change the face through the app on your phone.. a couple down sides is the charger card doesn't seem to hold on as strong as I'd like when I put it on the charging pads if I move the watch slightly it will pop off. 2nd down side there isn't a low battery warning like an audio beep or even a vibration to bring your attention to it but you can see the battery strength through the app. Buy how often would one look at the app to see the battery level. Still 5 stars as I should paid more attention to the battery level through the app. For the price point you can't go wrong why spend 200 or more for a watch when this one suits me just fine and it'll suit you too.

Love this watch!! Looks awesome, fits comfortably; mine came with two bands. Fast setup and easy to connect to my iPhone. After going through two Apple Watches in the last 4 years, I decided to try a cheaper option. Since I really only care about activity tracking, hands free calling and other basic functions, this watch seemed perfect. I tested the step tracker and found it to be extremely accurate. Love that there are so many faces to choose from. Not really interested in the sleep tracking, but it's there for those who are . This watch offers all the basic apps and has all the bio sensors included. Will definitely replace it when it wears out.

I love this product. It is the second time I have purchased it; I know that may raise concerns. But I had to buy another because I put this thing through the ringer. I mean cold temps in swimming and its waterproofing, hot temps in the sauna, and it works well when doing both powerlifting and endurance workouts, and this is just the body of the watch. I love that I can customize the face, and all the data tracking is very accurate. It has a decent battery life and is super easy to set up. Definitely a product I keep on record for repurchase.

It is amazing in quality. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a smart watch that is value for money, high grade. It syncs seamlessly with my phone and the accuracy and ease of use are unparalleled. I love that it comes with chain straps, giving it a rugged old-school look and you also have the rubber silicone strap for modern look in the package.

Love this watch! My husband is very happy with this purchase. The watch is good quality with a solid ( but not too heavy) weight and fits as it should. The battery life is great and it's super easy to charge. It has all the features he wanted and is easy to operate. This was a good buy! Highly recommend.

The watch is perfect described, battery lasts about 5 days with continuous wear. Charges from dead in 1 hour. Bought 2, one for a woman, one for a man. Fit is really not an issue here for either of us between the silcone band or linked band, we prefer the links but both fit well. One watch needed link extentions and the customer service is outstanding: they are quick to respond, polite and eager to help. Watch and app are super easy to use, I haven't had any issue syncing, the heart rate monitoring as well as the sleep and blood presure monitoring are great. We used this product as a replacement for FitBit and are really happy with the result so far. I recommend purchasing.

Bought watch for my guy ofoe Valentines. He loves it. As of yesterday it stopped working. There is no one to talk to regarding this problem. Would love to have repair or replacement. Who do I talk to?

You can't go wrong really.For the money, it's packed with features. The only thing it may not do, and if so I haven't found that feature on it - is paying through it like other smart watches. The ability to wave or tap near the scanners to pay for things. Other than that it's a solid little smartwatch that does nearly everything that the high end watches do.I bought this to replace my Samsung Gear 3 that became obsolete once I upgraded my phone to the new S25. I wasn't about to go out and spend another $300 just to replace my watch.The little guy worked out perfectly. It connects to the the Bluetooth easily. I haven't had a single disconnect issue at all. Once you download the free app to your phone, connect, setup your preferences, you're set. It gives you call and message alerts. You can choose watch faces either through the app, or by pressing and holding the watch face and it will go into your library.Now on the faces: Here is my only disappointment; while they have a decent library of faces, there is not as much as the brand name watches/phones. I found some I liked, I just wish there was access to more.The other thing I wish is that this watch was compatible with some of the watch face creators/editors out there. They do give you a single face you can edit, but is severely limited to that editing.The other issue I have is with the charger. It's a rather awkward connector, relying on a magnetic piece to hold to your phone. It lacks the ability to use standard magnetic chargers. And if you don't get this one just right and set it down, or bump it, it will come out of place and not charge properly.So for the downside reasons, I did give it a 4 star rating. Beyond those reason.. it's a great watch!!
