I bought this to make new nylon glides for the top of my sliding screen door. It was easy to fabricate what I needed with a hacksaw and drill and the glides worked perfectly.

The HDPE arrived exceptionally fast and was packed well.Cuts beautifully and is the perfect density for most applications where HDPE is utilized.The price of this is really good, making this a terrific bargain and it it machines extremely well.Yes, I would recommend this for most standard use applications.

I purchased this in order to make a non-mowing surface for a vice that I use on Wood products. The block came exactly as subscribed. Measurements were exact. There were no defects in the block. I was able to easily cut the block down to fit my Weiss. I have attached pictures to better. Illustrate what I am describing. Is solid enough that it doesn’t easily crush, it is also soft enough that it doesn’t scratch or dent the wood I am working with.I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a polypropylene block within these measurements for any projects.

Excellent Product, Excellent Qualit,y and Easy to use.

I have an automotive 4 posts lift. There are some plastic pieces that prevent metal to metal rubbing. Originally, the lift came with some plastic pieces. They wore off after so many times using it and lack of lubrication. I've tried to fix the lift and thought about getting plastic and machine it to fit. I checked Amazon and here we are. This works very well! I'd say better than the original and for cheaper price.The Polyethylene quality is amazing. Homogeneous without any issues. It has been a while now. They are aging very nice and doing the job very well.

This was the most amazing block of plastic I have ever seen or heard of. Or even known of. Its a great block of plastic that is the same size as advertised. I cannot stress how awesome it is. Truly one of the best purchases a man or woman could buy for themselves or as a gift for others.

I used this to create a mounting block for the transducer on my 18ft aluminum v-hull boat I was building from the bottom up. Both form and function are great. I only had to make holes once through the hull to mount the block. The shape made it easier to seal the through hull fittings. Now I can replace the transducer anytime I want without having to make new holes in my boat or even open already sealed holes. Couldn't be happier.

I think this is a very high quality material, and I’m very happy how it turned out. However, I found that on the 3/4 inch piece I received it was about 1/16 inch thicker than 3/4. It was ok for me because I have a thickness planer that did a great job cutting it down to spec. The jury is out on the internet whether you should even attempt to plane HDPE so do so at your own risk. If what you’re using it for doesn’t require tight tolerances, you should be fine. I really like the material.
