Good Product.. So far so good. Value for Money

I am writing this review the same day I got the product.Likes- I like the appearance of the kettle dispenser. It looks classy on the counter.- I like the dispensing functionality. The fact that there are 3 ways to dispense water is absolutely great.- I like the child lock function. This ensures the water cannot be dispensed when the child lock is on.- The overall fit and finish looks good.- The water indicator is accurate and shows the level of water remaining in the kettle clearly.- The capacity is huge. 5 liters! There is a handle provided to carry the kettle, which is very much required. This can also act as a normal water dispenser should you need to store water during water cuts.Dislikes- The cord length is very small. At least a meter of cord should have been provided.- Although the build quality seems good, the kettle in itself is not very heavy as it might appear to be. The steel drum that is used inside does not feel heavy and sturdy otherwise the overall weight should have been much more. The weight of the entire unit is approximately 2.5 kg.- Due to the size of the kettle, cleaning will not be very easy and needs to be done carefully. The upper lid apparently is removable, but I haven't been able to remove it yet. I am afraid I might damage the mechanism if I apply a lot of force.- There is a battery provided inside the box, but there are no instructions in the manual on how to install it. The battery is supposed to be used for auto-dispensing of water when the until is not plugged in. This is a very nice thought, but instructions should be provided.

What a remarkable after sell service provided by the team, it's amazing. Solved my issue faster than I expected. Very useful product and reliable company. Value for money. 100 percent recommended.

It's only a couple of days that product has been used so no exact comments.But would like the seller to know that1. The product came damaged (exterior left side but luckily the interior was intact).2. The setting on the control panel goes away in case of power outage even though the battery has been insertedand has to hit the button again.3. Not very user friendly unlike all those Sharp Model which are available at lower range of price.4. The shippment arrived quite late. Return pickup location far from home so there arises technical issues.5. Would suggest buyer's (3 in scale of 10)

With in 2 months water pipe is not working. how to apply for service.
