Edit: Finally had time to give another review. Received a prompt replacement for the faulty dispenser I had previously purchased and I absolutely love, love, love it! Being able to change the coarseness of the peppercorn brings in a whole new level to any dish I make with this automatic dispenser. Not only does the texture adds to the flavoring of the dish, but it also makes certain dish aesthetically more appealing as well. 😋😋 I 100% recommend this product!!Got this as a little gift for my s/o. When we had finally put it to use, we quickly realized the the black grinder wasn't working as well as the white one. Thinking it was due to the contents inside, we switched the tops, but ended up with the same results-the black grinder was significantly slower than the white one. This was well past the return date. Kind of sad because this could've been perfect had we opened it up when it was delivered and realized the defect in time.

Love these so much! The button is for on/off, I tip them upside down first and then turn them on/off. Or you can just store them on and it automatically grind when you tip it. Love the little bit of light it has to see. Been working great with my black pepper and pink salt. Bought a couple sets for gifts that everyone loved! And the USB-C charging is very convenient.

I love this automatic salt and pepper shakers. However, I am now back in search of a new salt shaker because ours stopped working recently. I didn’t use the auto feature after the first few months of purchase because we still had some fine salt that we needed to use up before we purchased corse. Anyway, once we switched to auto it worked great for a few months but now it has completely stopped working. I was going to reorder from here (thinking the issue was user error) but now after reading other reviews the salt shaker seems to have a defect. Before it shut down it came apart a few times. It really seems to not be made well. I’m going to order another from a different company and hopefully it lasts a while. Our pepper grinder is still going strong no complaints!I would give 3.5 stars if I could because I don’t think it deserves 4 due to the issues with the salt shaker

Absolutely love these for the price. You really can’t beat it. I would suggest getting high quality batteries though because these are super sensitive to batteries. It took me 3 different types to get them to both work. But overall, love!

UPDATED REVIEW: After posting my original review below, I honestly forgot about it. Then a few days ago, a very nice representative from the manufacturer named Rebecca reached out to me and offered to replace the damaged items. I told her that while I appreciated the offer, that I was hesitant because I did not want to potentially experience the same issue. Rebecca then offered a full refund for the shakers, even though it was after Amazon's time period. Overall, I am very happy with the end result, even though it was unexpected. Thank you for the great customer service!!!================================================ORIGINAL REVIEW:I purchased these expecting the ease of use because they were automatic salt & pepper grinders. They worked for a short time. Then one failed. Changed the batteries but that did nothing to correct the problem. I figured they were clogged up with product, so I went to unscrew the mechanism, only to realize that the 2 small screws in each bottle were completely stripped and I would not be able to open them up to clean them out. I became so frustrated with the product altogether that I just threw them out. Don't waste your time with these. I'll just look for better products going forward.
