Whirlpool 431 L 2 Star IntelliFresh Convertible Inverter Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator (IF INV CNV 480 ALPHA STEEL-Z, 2S)

Bought this refrigerator after a lot of research. It is perfect. It looks great. The grey shade is stylish. Plenty of storage space - 6 shelves in the main fridge, 4 on the side (2 for bottles), 2 each on main freezer and its door. Energy efficiency seems to be effective. My old fridge used to be running all the time. This one runs only some times thanks to its sensor technology. Overall, I calculated that I would save over 80% on energy cost compared to my previous 19 year old fridge. Old ones can consume over 1000 units a year versus 200 for this one. Lastly, it makes minimal sound while running. I am super happy with this purchase.

I purchased this refrigerator after getting a great deal on Amazon – the discount was huge, the color looked elegant, and the inner space was spacious and well-designed. Initially, I was happy with my purchase.However, after using it for 5 years, I’m extremely disappointed with the product quality. This is the third time the sensor and PCB have failed. Each time, the repair costs around Rs. 6500, which is frustrating and expensive. I expected better from a brand like Whirlpool. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to others.

It's a grate refrigerator in this price i brought first one with card offer 36'500 and another one 34'500It's offers more space in less price

Product quality is very Good

The fridge is very wide n spacious...all over its good but the delivery partner denied to get the product to 1 st floor ....he refused untill we said we will give money....the delivery partner demanded 2000 rs to get it...so I called my neighbours to help...the delivery partner didnt accepted the amount of 300 rs later he raised the tone n keep on saying look at our effort and took total 700 rs to get the fridge to 1 st floor with the help of our neighbours...this is what we don't expect at times.....there are many good service partners available but this person is not to the level of humanity grounds.

Look beautiful and nice only outside, but installation service it’s poor he called but did not come and when we call he not accept call.The down door not more cooling, only up works good and have only few days reched.
