Works Great until it works
Worked wonderfully when it worked. Never charged it for an entire year even though used frequently (couple of times a week). The cover of the on/off button tore and came of within few months but it could still work. Exactly after a year, the on off button stopped working. But I was using it as it automatically stops when keeping it upright and grind when kept upside down. Now it has completely stopped working, can't charge either. Worked for 1 year and 1 months

The perfect pepper grinder
Great product, however it accidentally fell and the bottle broke, contacted agaro customer service and they replaced the bottle. Extremely happy with customer service and the product

It's a really good product in this value. Just that the stip button stopped working within a month. But it functions well. And the device battery being chargeable is the best part. The battery also last really long. I haven't charged it since the 1st time.

Amazing
I love good, functional technology and this pepper mill was an excellent example. And chargeable so no hassle with batteries.Charge it. Fill it with peppercorns. Switch on once and leave it on standby and every time you need freshly ground pepper, just invert it and gravity does the rest. Excellent gift for friends.

The operating switch
The media could not be loaded. The switch for operating is horrible. Now its gone. Good product with a bad switch. Makers should take care of this! Now very difficult to turn on or off rendering the product almost unusable ☹️
