Powerful little machine
Love the massager but it is faulty. Half the time it won't turn on, it gets super hot even with the heat turned off. Aside from it not working right half the time, it is powerful and does work out knots.EDIT: Seller contacted me and offered to send replacement. Most would not offer this, but this seller stands by their product.

Item did not work, replacement did not work
This massager was supposed to have three features. Heat, Shiatsu and Percussion. The first two work fine. The percussion was very hit or miss. The first one that came, the percussion would only work for 5 -20 seconds at a time. Okay, maybe it was faulty so I got a replacement. The replacement came and it was also hit or miss. I got it to work for a maximum of 2 minutes. Thats out of about 20 tries. Most times, it worked for the same 5-20 seconds with one time lasting 2 minutes. The 2 minutes it did work, it was great but I'm not going to keep a product that I have to pray works every time I turn it on. This is the second unit and both looked brand new so I can't say I got sent used items. All I can say is that I was sent two faulty items. I can't very well give more than one star to products that don't work as intended.
