My students loved creating the 3Dshapes they had learned about in math into bubbles!
After completing our Geometry Unit on 3 Dimensional shapes, I took my kindergarten class outside to explore the 3D Bubble Maker Kit! Although the kit is rated for kids 8 and up, my Kinders had no trouble at all working in teams building various 3D shapes! Then they eagerly took turns dipping and making 3D bubbles! I loved hearing them use the #D shape names in a real world application. They even adapted the designs to include a "handle" for dipping the geometric shapes!(see the last photo)

Great and fun lesson, and who doesn't love bubbles?
Really cool for the kids and myself honestly. Have bought their products in the past including the bubble solution. Love that it list what the shapes are and can incorporate in to geometry lessons.

Use some help
You definitely need three hands to maneuver these short flimsy pieces to join together. Or maybe just 2 smaller ones. When my grand walked away I stayed with it, but it was impossible for me to get 3D. Each flat piece was too fragile to hook up to the next step.

Fun and Different
I took a chance on this toy, but it ended up working pretty well. It's hard to see in the picture, but it works fairly well. It has enough pieces to build one of the more complex patterns or two of the smaller ones so that was a little hard with both my kids. My 6 year old could build independently but my 3 year old needed some help. It tells you to just mix together dish soap and water for it, which worked OK and was cheaper than a ton of bubble solution. You need too be able to submerge the shape completely, so you need a bucket or something like that so you won't have to make so much bubble mixture. We've used it a couple times and it seems like the pieces are holding up OK.
