Not an embossing powder!
I use embossing powder in my card making and this is NOT an embossing powder. Embossing powder is micro plastics and when heated with a craft heat-gun it melts and goes shiny this powder does not melt! It seems to be an ultra fine pearly powder that is more like mica powder. It is however, a very pretty powder and I will still be using it to mix with inks, for a pearly sheen and to mix it with embossing pastes to give a pearlescent look to the embossing paste. I will be transferring the powder to a tub as the stiff plastic, gusseted bag it come in makes it very messy to get out to use on my projects. I could also see it being used in cosmetics, as a highlighting powder and eyeshadow. In conclusion, this is a lovely pretty powder and for the price of £4.54 for a good quantity it is excellent value for money, but I am afraid I have reduced my rating to 4 stars due to the fact that they have advertised it as an embossing powder (plus it is not silver either it is a pearly white), otherwise it is a 5 star product.

Silvery white fine mica powder, not heat embosssing powder.
This is essentially cosmetic grade mica powder. It’s super fine for sure, and the colour is more a pearlescent white to silver than a true metallic silver.50g is a LOT wheh a product is this light, so the baggie is fairly large/full.The listing says ‘embossing powder’ - if them mean heat embossing, then it is not so. I tried this with my embossing ink and heat gun and it does nothing. Maybe for another type of embossing? But there are no plastic or acrylic particles to melt, or whatever it is that happens with heat embossing. This will stick to glue, and will mix with glue and paint. It has many uses for craft, and is cosmetic grade, so can be used to make highlighter, or eyeshadow or whatever your imagination can come up with.I doubt I’m going to run out of this anytime soon, it’s a lot of powder, and is fun to use, I’m just slightly disappointed that is doesn’t work for heat embossing.

Frosty effect
This is primarily meant to be used for frosty effects on nails, but I've used it for my resin work. The top part of the pyramid pictured had this silver powder mixed in and it stayed well mixed through curing. It has a fantastic effect and I expect to use it for a lot more projects.

More than a little misleading
The media could not be loaded. Okay, I understand that this is meant to be a decorative, cosmetic product and it certainly is...I understand that they mean "Silver Coloured Powder"But when you list '100% Silver' on the ingredients, and DON'T list what is actually in it that is misleading and dangerous. The back of the package goes on about allergies and being careful, well guess what could avoid people who are allergic to the ingredients going near it in the first place? LISTING THE INGREDIENTS!

This is a lovely fine shimmering silver powder 🩶
The MYOC Silver Fine Powder has an iridescent effect. It's a pure-grade silver fine powder, and it is used in multiple cosmetic preparations because of its fine texture. It can be mixed into paint, epoxy resin, glue or paste to create a pearlescent finish. It's also ideal for soap making, slime, candles, cosmetics, exterior, art paints, watercolours, oils, acrylics, varnish, nail polish, DIY crafts and more.I love the colour and it's texture. It's just perfect for what I need it for. It's good quality and reasonably priced.

Not as described, but still very useful...
This large bag of powder arrives in a easy to recycle plastic ziplock bag. A bag that as others reviewers note isn't embossing powder, but some form of a very fine grade mica powder. Or more accurately a white-silver rather a silver-silver colour. Though regardless of this, it's great for working with resin and as a glitter. Plus with 50g in the bag it's great value for money.

Difficult to work with and more glittery white than silver
This isn’t powder, it’s dust. White dust with mica-like effects. It clumps when you try to pour it, but also has a habit of exploding all over the place with the slightest knock, or puff of air. It blends with resin, but the end result is what you associate with cheap plastic products often sold for little children (see picture of d20, which I couldn’t be bothered to paint the numbers on, as the effect was not pleasing).I would keep looking if I were you.

Myoc Silver Fine Powder – 50 Gm (1.76 Oz), Silver Embossing Powder
This is not silver powder by far, it has no metallic shimmer. But it does work well for frost/cloud/ice effects. I used a bit for an acrylic project with unexpected but OK results. I gave the rest to my daughter so she could use it for nails and showed her how it turned out.

Not true embossing powder
This is just a really lovely and extra fine pearlescent powder. I wouldn't even call it silver. It would be 5 stars from me if it weren't for the inaccurate descriptions. They talk about using this to make your own makeup (or mix it with lotion for a little sheen and sparkle without being "glittery") so I have no idea why they would list this as embossing powder, or why they call it 100% silver. It's not metal, I swear to you. If I had to guess, it might be mica. It is so smooth and fine that it feels like talcum powder, just with a high shimmer. I initially ordered it to use with paint, but seeing how fine it is, it's going to get lost in the viscosity of the paint. I will have to dust it on afterwards or use it in resin. My skin tone is like a medium, so it's too light for me to mix with lotion, it would have to be more of a bronze if I wanted to use it like that, but I don't use much makeup, so it would be wasted in that regard.

not silver color, unknown ingredients
This is a review of Myoc Silver Fine Powder – 50 Gm (1.76 Oz), Silver Embossing Powder, Silver Sparkle Fine Powder, Silver Fine Powder for Makeup I ordered this hoping it would work well in resin projects, and it works fine with a lot of mixing. However, it isn’t really silver colored. The effect turns out a white color. I’m not sure what this is made out of since the ingredients are not clearly listed. From the ‘ingredient list’ on the package I would think this is actual powdered silver, actual silver. But it is not. When I compare prices of white mica to the price of this (about $8 when I ordered), it is much less expensive to get white mica powder. Even cosmetic grade white is less expensive. So, between the missing ‘silver’ and the cost, I would not reorder.

Not silver, silver color. And that's a stretch. And no indication what it is made out of.
If you're looking for silver, this is not that.If you're looking for something safe to use in cosmetics, this is not that.If you're looking to waste money on something that would be best thrown out, but probably shouldn't be because there's no indication what it is, this is the product for you.

Pearly White Powder
I don't believe that this powder might be made of silver, as it is not even a silver color. It is a white, but shimmery or pearlescent powder, with the look and texture of mica powders that I use with resin. I tried sprinkling it on paint, and it does stick, but it does not become raised with heat, as most embossing powders do.Since I am using this powder to tint resin, I can work with the difference from expectation in color, but if you are looking for a silver or chrome color, this is not it. This powder came in such a large bag that, with the small amounts I use with resin jewelry, it will last a very long time.
