Love the look of this fan. Looks great on my outdoor covered patio. The like is very bright. I like that the brightness of the light can be changed. Works as described. It was easy to install. I really like that it has a remote to control the light and fan. I like the auto fan feature where it randomly goes through the speeds for natural breeze. The fan is powerful but is still also quiet. The functionality is as described, and it is built very well. Love the cage design. Great value for the money.

We love the light and its adjustable brightness as well as warmth. It provides plenty of light on our patio at night. The fan is surprisingly powerful; we almost never use it above its lowest setting.A few critiques: Installation takes a little patience, and the remote doesn’t match the instruction manual but is still easy to figure out. I’ll mention that the description on Amazon said this had a 16 foot cord; it is definitely much shorter, so we had to get a small extension cord to reach our power strip, but that wasn’t a big deal.Overall this looks nice and works well, so I’m hoping it holds up. Very happy with this purchase!

If you buy this fan pray that it works right out of the box as advertised because if you need help from the manufacturer you won't get any as you can tell by several of the reviews. The instructions are atrocious although you really won't need them as it is very easy to assemble. My issues were with getting the fan to work. 1st the remote that came with the fan was not the same as in the instructions but I was able to find the pairing instructions online. I was unable to pair the remote with the fan, went to the app and still no luck. Went to plan C, contact support for help, nothing got an automated query answered the questions and waited. Nothing after an hour, tried again 30 minutes no reply, tried a 3rd time again no response after 30 minutes. Went to plan D packed it up and will return. If a customer needing help on a product of yours is not important to you then I will not be giving you my hard earned money.
