This is my second pack of these and have quickly become a must have for nights out! These patches are a lifesaver, especially being in my 30s when recovering from a hangover can be a multi-day affair. I've used these for casual drinks out, concerts, and soon a bachelorette party. I apply on my inner forearm or upper arm. Never had any redness or itching despite my otherwise sensitive skin. It is a patch with an adhesive component though so I'd suggest using on hairless or shaved skin. Definitely worth the buy in my opinion!

I bought these for my husband to help support his energy levels and he said they really seem to help. They didn’t irritate his skin. I will be purchasing again for him.

This did not deliver the desired effect that I was looking for did not feel any energy at all

Bought these for a bachelorette party due to hangovers hitting much hard than they used to even with less drinks involved. We all put on a patch prior to drinking. The next day I only felt tired and had some muscle soreness which I'd call a win. The only downside was I didn't feel the stayed adhered to the skin for the full time.

Took these patches to Las Vegas and they were great. Got the boost we needed and didn’t have to worry about it coming off in the pool! Stuck on easily and lasted the entire day. Didn’t even notice I was wearing it and had zero irritation to my skin. 10/10 can’t wait to see the difference this patch makes after a workout or a long hike

Didn’t notice any energy didn’t stick that long on the skin for the price ummm ok. Didn’t affect my skin. Easy to use. Me personally I’m looking for something to help with energy this is not the one.

These patches seem to be effective. I purchased them for b12 supplementation but also found that if I wear one before a night out, the morning after is hangover free. Good product. As long as I put it on a hairless spot (think inner forearm or upper shoulder) it didn't irritate my skin. Will purchase more in the future.

Loved that the material and ingredients didn’t irritate my skin (even on tattooed areas). I’ve used a patch before workouts, before a night of drinking and after. I felt more mood stability, less anxious and more calmly energized. Patch stayed on for several hours without peeling or drying out my skin. Packaging was solid. Could almost fit into my pack of cigarettes.
