This is my go-to Melatonin. I’ve been using this brand for about 8-mo’s, after trying others for several years, and this one is my favorite. Keep in mind that, just like ALL Melatonin brands, you will have some weird weird weird dreams! But I get a very good nights sleep.

Works fast and helps me fall asleep fast. I order it often.

Fast acting and high dosage (it’s hard to find melatonin this strength that aren’t mostly filler) the pills are small and easy to swallow. The berry flavor is pleasant to smell but I wish there was an unflavored option due to sensitivities/allergies

Sleeps well

I've been using this Melatonin for the last couple years. I have a very high tolerance to Melatonin. This is the only one I can get with high dosage. It works well and that's why I continue to buy it.

If you struggle to fall asleep take it then go lay down and wait for it to work. If you just take it go back to being active it won’t work. But it works if you go lay down after .I struggle to fall asleep very badly so it doesn’t work as well but it did work for my siblings
