Zatarain's is my go-to favorite for Blackened Seasoning. We put it on salmon, grill it on medium heat for 3 minutes each side, and it's always perfect. Our local grocery stores used to carry it, but for some reason stopped, so we're very happy to find it on Amazon.

We enjoy grilled, blackened fish and meat and you can’t beat Zatarans! We live in the south so there are a lot of choices but this is ours.
