Dosnt stay razor sharp very long
The knife arrives strong and sharp, but after a few uses it dulled a bit. Once I resharpened it regained it's precise sharpness. Overall a great knife, just count on resharpening after a few uses.

Sharp knife. Good quality
Love this knife. The finger hole really helps grip making slices fast and uniform. Great idea for gifts to friends & family that enjoy cooking as much as I do. Highly recommend this very sharp Utensil.

Fantastic KNIFE that is really sharp, but their instructions stink they’re so small!
Finally a knife that is actually really really sharp!!! I would’ve given this product five stars but the instructions in a tiny little envelope printed in tiny Little type is absolutely ridiculous and impossible to read!!I know everyone is trying to save money and cutting corners but making your instruction sheets so tiny and elderly person cannot read them it’s totally ridiculous!I had to photograph each little card on my cell phone in order to read it!!!Otherwise I am absolutely thrilled with the knife itself it’s just a dumb instructions that is terribly made!!Thank you for making such a wonderful product!!!I keep ordering knives online and none of them are anywhere near as sharp as this one!!I am really happy!! Thank you!!
