Excellent product does everything required

To be honest I’m not the best at styling my hair so splashed out when my own dryer gave up. Great for rapid drying. Use paddle brush-all good! Only tried curling once -left slight wave only but need to practise. Easy to use air to curl, just not got used to how long to hold/how hot yet.

I dislike it because it does nothing that an ordinary £30 hairdryer could not do. It is way too large and unwieldy to use, and should only be sold as a hair styling tool for those with very long hair. Both the rubber barrels fail to grip the hair so you can style your hair whilst you dry it - there is nothing to hold your hair in place on the barrels, whilst you style it. Both the brushes are really big, for long, thick hair and useless for should length hair like mine.

Terrible service. Stopped working after 3 months and no help from the seller or Amazon. Do not buy from here.

Ordered as best price without realising that this is not a UK spec item and has a European 2 pin plug not a 3 pin. The product does have an adaptor but I will be returning as I’m not sure how after sales care will work if the item develops a fault. Amazon are also charging return postage even though the item is not uk spec as the reason for my return, which is carefully omitted from the description.

Stopped working after 10 days , really disappointed birthday gift , a lot of money should last longer
