Useful for creative cake decor
Bought to sculpt parts of a cakes decor, it gets warm a bit too easily so needs cooling in fridge a bit when you're doing lots of work with it.But it tastes good and isn't too hard. Ideal for creative cake design

Icing was out of date!
I received the icing and as I began to try to mould it, it felt quite hard to do this. I checked the date on it and the best before date was January of this year! I tried to get in touch to ask for a refund and apparently this isn't possible. Extremely dissapointed as didnt expect this.
