Amazon support was no help
I bought this voice recorder to take notes during meetings and lectures. What I got instead was a plastic brick that does everything except record voices. It’s like someone designed this as a prank.It looks sleek and modern, but don’t be fooled. The buttons feel like they were borrowed from a toy calculator from the '90s, and half of them don’t even seem to do anything. You press “Record” and it blinks like it's doing something impressive—spoiler: it’s not.I reached out to Amazon support hoping to resolve this—maybe I got a defective unit. They were no help at all. No refund, no useful troubleshooting, just a generic script and a suggestion to “contact the manufacturer.” Which doesn’t even exist, apparently.
