It helps with sleeping ,haven't really noticed weight loss yet ,but it will probably take a while Only been taking it about a week..No side effects from such a joyterness ,or anything..Slight taste but not bad ,cause I drink a glass of water with it..

I took these for 1 night so far. Love how it curve my appetite was unable to finish my meal. Lost 1.8lbs. Will update on my progress within a month time. But product is good so far.

I do think it works taking them as advices. I’m going down from my stomach where I really needed to loose. I started taking them every night for the pass two weeks. I am now beginning to wear clothes that I could. Being consistent it works and makes you go to the bathroom pulling out all the dirty stuff.
