I have to say, I really love all of the Mary Ruth's Organics products that I have tried. They have become my go-to brand for vitamins & supplements in recent years.I can't stand the taste of capsule vitamins and usually, other brands that do liquid formulas taste like trash too, if we're speaking frankly. Who wants to be choking down a bunch of horse pills every day, anyway? Not me?Mary Ruth's FTW! I have tried several of the multivitamin blends and this one and the morning multi are the best.I even have a box of the individual serving packets which are convenient for travel. You can just toss em in your bag and never be without your daily dose. :)

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted to wait to write this review to give the product time to prove itself and it has. I'm now on bottle two and it has been a game changer. I do have a lot of new growth as well as less hair shedding. My hair is also softer from root to tip. My skin looks healthy and the fine lines on my face appear more muted. I also have increased energy throughout my day as well.

I had my shot of this every morning before work, up until the very last drop. I noticed thicker, softer hair with less shedding. I enjoyed the taste unlike others reviewed but hey everyone is different. Point is, this bottle got the job done. I actually just subscribed to have the Gummies version delivered to me monthly. Forgot to mentioned that my skin also looked great, I honestly didn't know it was an included benefit. Definitely worth the try is you're looking for hair growth and glowing skin.

I finally can write a review after a few weeks of being on this vitamin. I do feel like I can notice a difference in energy level, feeling a bit more upbeat. But the biggest thing I'm loving and noticing is the reduction in hair shedding. Every single time I brushed my hair, I would lose handfuls of hair, and when I would wash my hair, there would be chunks down the drain. Now my hair is hardly shedding anymore. That is huge, and I'm loving it.However, the only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because of the dosing. For the price I paid for this large bottle, I would expect it to at least come with a dosage cup. I mean, seriously, this ain’t cheap. I do feel it's worth the price, but they could at least provide a measuring cup.

I waited an entire month before I gave a review. So far, the product has served its purpose. I see many baby hairs growing and getting thicker. One drawback that I notice which I also read it affected another person in a different review, the white hairs growing are bananas. I used to have a few white hairs before but after this month, I see them triple! I don’t mind but for those that do, be warned. On a positive note, my face has this new glow I haven’t had before. My wrinkles have also diminished, which makes me look at least 5-6 yrs younger! This makes it totally worth it. Overall, recommend this product. Going to continue using it but only buying when it’s on sale. Regular price is too high for purchase.

I’ve only been taking this for a week so far so I will probably update this in about three weeks. The taste isn’t the best but it’s not disgusting either. I’m 44 F on mostly carnivore diet and I’m trying to find something to prevent hair loss which is something I typically experience going hardcore keto.

I was initially VERY skeptical about this, but balding at 21 from hormone issues had me desperate. But Mary Ruth is skeptic approved! Two weeks of taking it and I can already feel the new growth. Id seen some people complain about the taste, but I got the Peach Mango and it’s honestly sort of tasty. Could not recommend enough

So many reviews say they love the taste of this but I can barely choke it down. Switching back to the gummies version (which is also easier to travel with).For hair growth, I took a full bottle of the gummies and am about halfway through this liquid bottle so I’m probably 6 weeks into the Mary Ruth hair growth products. I’m seeing a lot of baby hairs/flyaways so am very pleased with the effectiveness. Just gotta go with gummies for the taste.
