We have excellent internet speed in theory but the router that came from the provider didn't give us much of a wifi signal.After easy app powered installation of Linksys Classic Micro Router Pro 6 we put it to the test.Our house has a lot of devices connected to the internet via wifi. 2 Alexa devices, 6 CCTV cameras, Smart tvs, laptops, computers and mobile devices all round up to 24 live devices hooked up to the network.First of all the router looks pretty sleek and stylish. It is a lot smaller than our previous monstrosity and it feels well made.After installation and connecting all of our devices I checked for WIFI coverage and I was pleasantly surprised that we had no black spots anywhere in the house! (I used an app for that). I then checked the garden coverage and I had signal all the way to the bottom of the garden ( 2 bars at the very end).Our speeds have been steady and there's not been any instances of Wifi dropping etc. So far 2 months in and I can honestly say this is the best router we've had so far.Excellent value for money especially that I finally get to use my rather expensive internet to it's full potential.

This is a great product. There was a bit of confusion at first as to whether or not it would work with our internet setup, but it is working fine. It has some useful features, and the WiFi signal has improved compared to our old router, which was supplied by the internet service provider. There is no option to hide the SSID with this device, although support may provide a way to do this, if asked.

This bit of kit has been a worthwhile experiment in my property.I do not get blazingly fast Fibre speeds in my neck of the woods, and until I received this device I did not get particularly good wifi speeds either. This device has not helped my Broadband speed (after all, it does not have an inbuilt modem, so it relies on my Fibre modem for that), but it has been a revelation for my wifi coverage and speed.Speeds have increased overall (not hugely since I already had good wifi speed), but coverage and reliability has improved a great deal. I can now get reliable wifi coverage throughout my property and to all corners of my garden (this is not a huge property by the way - just a standard small estate property).Set up was a reasonably simple affair using the app (my first time using this method) and after a few minutes my new hub was set up and working well. Signal strength and distance were all improved.The device looks good, and after a couple of days had 'blended' into the backround. It can be placed on a shelf or wall mounted. It does not get overly warm in use, so I suspect that the electronics used are top-notch.I suspect in the case of this sort of device you get what you pay for, and in my experience with Linksys products you invariably get a good quality piece of equipment. This product certainly qualifies in this regard.
