Amazing taste and tons of good stuff in it
One of my favorite go-to proteins. It would be a 10/10 if it came in a better package (the zip), and a scoop.

Where is the scoop?
Update - I had my boyfriend try this in his smoothie and he said while he’s happy with the macros on it he feels it tasted a bit too earthy for his preference. It mixed in well and didn’t change the texture of the smoothie at all. It’s not bad but flavor wise not the one he’ll reach for given another option. His opinion was, this does a fantastic job at appetite suppression/meal replacement, but it needs more vanilla flavor to cover up the I’m eating grass and weeds taste it has. He’s going to try mixing it 50/50 with his other protein powder he usually uses and see if it lessens the flavor but still offers the appetite suppression he’s looking for. As for me I’m still happy with 1 scoop in my protein ice cream and getting to have that for dinner on hot nights instead of a whole heavy meal.Original review - I picked this up to add to my protein ice cream I make in my creami. There’s no scoop. And if you’re like me and got tired of all the extra scoops kicking around the house and tossed them in the recycling you’re going to have fun finding something to scoop this with. If the company was concerned about creating more waste by adding one they could have just added a compostable scoop instead of a plastic one. And for this price point they should have the ability to include it. As for the protein powder itself it has an earthy smell that I wasn’t sure if it would negatively affect the flavor of my ice cream but actually it wasn’t noticeable at all. This, using a milk frother, mixed nicely into the milk I used as a base. It gave the perfect boost to the consistency I was looking for in my treats. I know this is more meant to be a drink used as a meal replacement but since my area has been in a heat wave I’ve been leaning toward cold dinners and it doesn’t get colder than ice cream. I only used one scoop vs the two that it says is the serving suggestion. But two seemed like a big chance to take when something as important as ice cream was on the line. Overall I’m very happy with this Huel vanilla Protein powder and while it is a bit pricy I’d suggest maybe waiting for a sale before you jump into this company’s products.

I've tried both Vegan & Regular Taste test Review
I love the Huel product line, especially the amount of protein they pack into their shakes. Recently, I tried their lower protein vegan, plant-based protein chocolate shake. It's delicious! However, the regular high-protein shakes, which use other protein sources, taste even better.Don't get me wrong—the plant-based shake is great, but if you've tried both, the regular one really stands out. That said, if you're looking for a plant-based protein option, I highly recommend it.

It’s ok …
I’ve been consuming a protein powder shake, daily, since 2010. Various brands, Herbalife, Advocare, Kachava, GNC variants, etc. I ordered Huel because it was quickly available via Amazon (Kachava was running low and I needed to pack for a 5 day trip). Now, some of this is going to sound trivial, maybe even bordering petty. However, the first disappointment, was no included scoop. Every brand of powder I’ve used in 14 years has come with a scoop. Not Huel … nope, you can buy one (bahahaha)! The next, and largest disappointment with both purchases (yes, I’ve bought 2 bags over 3 weeks), is that the bag does not seal wroth a (expletive). Both bags, either do not seal, or take entirely too long to re-seal. I found that cleaning the tracks out of the seals helped … but holy Moses, why are they designed this way? It was much simpler to transfer the contents to a 1 gallon ziplock … which seals on first attempt. The product tastes fine, it’s very good with a scoop of PB peanut butter. This may sound petty as well, but it also rinses from the blender very well, unlike the Upnourish brand (also found on Amazon). Put a scoop in the bag and design a seal that actually seals within a few seconds … and I would change my star count.

Huel Vanilla Powder with 25g of Protein per serving
If I leave enough time in the morning, I like to blend up a vanilla based protein shake with a serving of protein powder, a cup of spinach, a cup of ice, 8 oz of almond milk and sometimes some peanut butter powder or other item for a different flavor. I sometimes use 1/3 of a frozen banana for the extra creaminess. I usually use a comparably priced superfood powder. This protein powder mixed well in my ninja blender. I normally do milk, spinach and protein powder, then add the ice to be sure no chunks of spinich remain. It taste good, actually a lot like the kind I usually use but Huel has better nutritional stats. It is a little pricey, but I am already paying about that price. It doesn't come with a scoop, but I usually weigh out my servings on a food scale anyway.

Great ingredient profile
This powder has a great taste and blends down pretty well in my shaker. I really am impressed by the macros and entire quality ingredient list that goes into this powder, it's like a protein, super greens and multivitamin drink in one.

Huel adaptogens makes me ill
I've tried all of Huel products for years with no problems until I tried anything they have with "adaptogens" in it. It makes me ill like food poisoning. Throw up and diarrhea.
