Great taste, works perfectly!
This product is a dream, literally!! My little one sleeps so well and we ditched the melatonin for good. My husband swears by it as well. Add the vitamins and you've got a keeper!!

Helps to sleep
I use this as a recommendation from my son’s neurologist (my son is on the spectrum) at the end of the day. It definitely works to keep asleep during the night. I’ve tried it and it works on me too

if you have trouble sleeping or you cant get back to sleep .. you must try this ! it WILL help you, and the taste is yummy !make sure you are consistent, start going to bed at the same time is key, when trying to get yourself on a sleep schedule.

Overall great product
Well first of all the taste is awesome! It is very sweet which I like personally but maybe not everyone else would. I have the strawberry one. I'm also coming off of Zoloft and I feel the ashwaganda, magnesium, and omega 3's are all helping to keep the withdrawal symptoms in check much more. Hard to say if it really makes me drowsy I take it right before brushing my teeth and laying down for the night and I'm usually tired anyways, but I also haven't woken up in the middle of the night so maybe it is helping in that regard too! Will likely buy again

Worked for Senior
Gave this to my senior father. It helped with sundowning and he is now sleeping a full 8 hours on a normal day/night schedule. Before, he was waking every night at 1AM for the day.
