It’s not bad, but considering that there are 9 carbs and 6 added sugars, it could be better. If you’re counting calories, 40 extra calories isn’t a ton but just make sure you account for it.Serving Size: This is where my biggest gripe is. Yes, I should have read the label more clearly before buying. BUT, 5 gummies for 5g of creatine? Not super efficient. 150 gummies is only 1 month supply…Convenience: Sure popping a gummy sounds more convenient but it’s 5 gummies… Putting a scoop of creatine powder in my protein shake is far more convenient.If you make a protein shake with powder already anyway, just get a powder. Cheaper and way more 5g of creatine servings.

Bought these for my son. He likes them and uses daily. Prefers the gummies over powder. I just wish you didn’t have to take 5 to get to the standard dose. Would be nice if they made a 5mg gummy instead of 1mg.
