Update on False advertising?
The Halot Mage S 14K resin printer seems to be an awesome printer. I absolutely love it so far. My reason for a poor review is, it is appearing that Creality posted a false adverisement on Amazon. Creality claimes in thier posting for this printer that it comes with a 1 year subscription to Creality Cloud. But when I tried to claim it, they told me, no, it didn't come with the subscription. Been trying to resolve this with Creality, but, so far, no luck. If this gets resolved I will change my rating, as I really do like the printer. It is with regret that I post this update. After going back and forth with Creality's support people, Creality refuses to stand behind their ad promise. One must consider not only the product itself, but the companies reputation. Creality's refusal to honor their ad has lowered their standing in my eyes. Because of this I must lower my review to 1 star from what surely would have been a 5 star review. When considering purchasing a Creality product, please read their ad(s) and examine their claims and offerings to see if it is accurate. That is all I can ask.A second update. I am changing my review to a 5 star, as Creality has made good on their ad. It took several emails to get straightened out, but they have made good. I never had a problem with the Halot printer. And now that the problem I had has been resolved satisfactorly, I am raising my review to reflect this, and because IO truly love this printer.

Broke after a couple months of prints
Bought this a few months ago and the LCD failed. The only tech support and warranty claim is in China so it takes days to get a response... They did send a new LCD screen out, but that did not work as well... My printer has been down almost a month with no end in sight. I'm ready to throw it out, take the loss and go to a more reliable printer with a company you can actually talk to a person if you have a problem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Works but not hope if it breaks
Good product but disposable. Worked fine for a few months then z motor seized up. Support was useless. After wasting 1 hour asking for serial number and purchase details sent an email, that they not provide replacement motors. The problem is the motor looks like nema23 but has an unusual shaft dia and an odd magnet on the rear shaft.. not a simple motor replacement. Had to scrap the whole printer and buy a new. Maybe use some of the old bits for soares.

Cheaply made. Part good, parts really bad
1. Repeated print failures... So we used special gages to measure the flatness and it was warped. The build plate is not flat so we had to use a cnc milling machine flatten it then sand blast the surface. Then they started sticking much better - until the LCD quit working! We had bought 3 of these and because neither Amazon or Creality seem to sell replacement LCDs we used one out of one of the other machines - untill that one went bad also. The 3rd one has been working for 4 weeks now.The basic machine is good, like the rails, enclosure etc but the electronics seems tobe all cheapest possible that they can use and build plates are not flat.

Worst printer I've owned in the 5 years I've been printing. Worked fine for a couple days, since then nothing but issues. Crap product.
