This thing works great on my back and neck. It massages out all my really tight sore spots. The heat feature could be better though. I can barely feel the heat. Otherwise, it’s great.

It did not come with an adapter like it was supposed to. I found my own to use with it and It does not heat up at all. The actual massage did feel good and did ease out a few of my trigger points but dissatisfied with the faulty heat settings and missing adapter cord. Initiated my return.
