I have been using scented laundry beads for years. Recently, I was diagnosed with eczema, and needed to find a product that doesn't have heavy perfumes but still offers a nice smell. This vanilla scent by Downy is perfect for me and my kids. We all love the way our clothes smell, and the product doesn't cause skin irritation. The scent is noticeable in a good way, but not overpowering. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a nice fresh scent for their laundry, without the skin irritation that some heavily perfumed products can cause.

This is the first time that I am using the washer Downy beads but so far I like them quite a bit. I haven’t used dryer sheets for years now so finding these beads that go in washer before the clothes is awesome so don’t have to add fabric softener to the washer. Smells good also so that’s a bonus.

Not only does it soften, the scent is subtle, and long lasting.Would highly recommend.

I liked these but they weren’t my favorite. Probably because the scent was a little too strong even after the wash and too floral. But it did help keep clothes soft and did help keep odors out of clothes and bedding. I got a scent more similar to gain that I loved a lot better than this.
