My teenage daughter asked for a diffuser for Christmas, so this is what we went with! She loves it! It looks like "fire" when it's on the orange/red color. She loves that it has a remote and that she can change the colors or turn it on from her bunk bed :) Great product, great diffuser - does a proper job.

It’s only positive was that when it worked for 5 seconds, it did look cool. But they really put the Flame in flame diffuser for this one. And I didn’t think the aroma would make it smell like it was a real flame…1.) No power block included. I did get their recommended power for operation anyway and I had it plugged in for about 8 hours (but it was not turning on). It started to beep very loudly so I detached the cord and it was extremely hot, smoking, and the outer part of the wire was warping big time. The aroma from the diffuser was definitely there as it made my apartment smell like it was burning.2.) Won’t stay on because it leaks on itself, turning off the device instantly due to its water leak detection. For something recommended for office use, I would not put any electronics near this.3.) It’s almost impossible to pick up without spilling cause the cap doesn’t latch on in any way. You have to carefully pick up from the very bottom or else you’ll have a flood inbound.Overall, way too many design flaws for this to be allowed on the market in my opinion.

I got this as a gift for my college aged son. The product was easy for him to set up, works great with the remote, and looks great. It has several color options for the lighting. The timer is an added plus. I have an older diffuser without a timer for myself and am considering upgrading.

Great value for the price, colorful.

I received my beautiful rainbow thingamajig and it works just as described.However one of the upper corners on the inside reservoir are chipped/broken off.The product still works as intended and is beautiful.I just think packaging should be rethought.It could’ve been the manufacturer or the delivery person who is to say.

Easy to setup-outer shell is plastic. Add water turn on and watch the flame show! Gives off nice scent with any essential oils. Can be used without oils also “like a small humidifier”. Comes with a Bluetooth that you can setup flames to the music. 🎶 Size is perfect for desk or nightstand. Add a bit of flair to any room! Great value for the cost.

The media could not be loaded. The unit is a nice size, beautiful colored lights, and the output is strong. After putting the water in and adding the oil, it lasts for hours. It will shut off by itself when the water runs out. I thought it would stay on one color at a time, but orange seems like the only color that does that. I could be wrong though. Either way, I really love this diffuser. The colors are gorgeous and the aroma it puts out is just what I was looking for.
